These Terms of Service govern use of ipwebconnect.com, Integrity MediaCloud, and related Integrity Pools business systems.

Authorized Business Use

Integrity MediaCloud is intended primarily for authorized Integrity Pools employees, contractors, vendors, customers, and other users who have been given permission to access applicable services.

Users must use the service only for legitimate and authorized purposes.

Google Drive and Google Photos

MediaCloud may allow users to select files from Google Drive or media from Google Photos.

By choosing content through a Google service, the user authorizes MediaCloud to retrieve the selected content and transfer it into Integrity MediaCloud storage for authorized business use.

Users should select only files and media they are authorized to access, copy, and use.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts and devices and for complying with applicable company policies.

Users may not attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with service operation, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or misuse information available through the service.

Content

Users retain whatever rights they otherwise possess in content they provide or select. By uploading or transferring content into MediaCloud, users authorize Integrity Pools to store, process, reproduce, organize, display, and share that content as reasonably necessary for authorized business operations.

Service Availability

Integrity Pools may modify, maintain, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, technical, or business reasons.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliable service, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Third-Party Services

MediaCloud may interact with third-party services, including Google services and cloud infrastructure providers. Use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.

Security

Users must not share credentials or intentionally provide unauthorized persons access to protected areas of MediaCloud.

Integrity Pools may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the system, its users, customers, or business information.

Disclaimer

The service is provided for business use on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Integrity Pools disclaims warranties not expressly provided in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Integrity Pools will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the service or business requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
