This Privacy Policy describes how Integrity Pools and Integrity MediaCloud handle information when authorized users use ipwebconnect.com and related MediaCloud services.

Google Drive and Google Photos: MediaCloud is designed to allow an authorized user to choose files or media from their own Google account and transfer those selected items into Integrity MediaCloud. MediaCloud does not require users to permanently store company files in Google Drive or Google Photos.

Information We Collect

We may process information that users provide directly, including job information, customer-related files, photographs, videos, documents, filenames, folder selections, and other content uploaded to MediaCloud.

We may also process ordinary technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as browser information, IP address, timestamps, authentication information, error logs, and upload status information.

Google Account Information

When a user chooses Google Drive or Google Photos as an upload source, Google may ask the user to authorize Integrity MediaCloud to access the Google services needed for that selection.

MediaCloud uses Google authorization only to support the requested file or media selection and transfer process. Content selected by the user may be copied from Google into Integrity MediaCloud storage so that Integrity Pools can retain and use that content for its business operations.

MediaCloud does not sell Google user data.

How We Use Information

Information processed through MediaCloud may be used to:

store and organize job-related photos, videos, documents, and other files;
support Integrity Pools construction, remodel, service, administrative, and customer workflows;
provide authorized sharing of job-related content;
maintain system security, reliability, backups, troubleshooting, and auditing;
migrate business records from legacy storage systems into Integrity MediaCloud.

Sharing of Information

Information is used for Integrity Pools business operations and may be available to authorized employees, contractors, vendors, customers, or other parties when access is required for a legitimate business purpose.

We may also use service providers that supply hosting, cloud storage, security, communication, or related technical services.

We do not sell personal information obtained through Integrity MediaCloud.

Data Storage and Security

Integrity Pools uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information stored in MediaCloud. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

Files transferred from Google may be stored in Integrity-controlled cloud infrastructure after the transfer is completed.

Data Retention

Business records and media may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for business, contractual, legal, operational, historical, or recordkeeping purposes.

User Choices

Google users control whether they authorize MediaCloud access to their Google account. Google authorization can also be reviewed or revoked through the user's Google account security settings.

Children

Integrity MediaCloud is a business system and is not intended for use by children.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as MediaCloud, applicable services, or business practices change. The current version will be posted on this page.
